Returns & Exchanges
While we take every precaution to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition, please understand some variances in colour and slight stitching differences are normal. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 14 days if the item is unfortunately defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

Please note that we allow returns and exchanges only for defective products, and not for change of mind. Products are considered defective if they are received damaged, or if they become damaged within 14 days of purchase. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective. Defective product does not include the box packaging.
Also, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging (product box packaging).
If your return is accepted, we will furnish you the address and instructions to send the item back to. For all returns, it is highly recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for products lost in transit to us.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you before re-sending a replacement item or processing a refund via your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns nor refunds on sale items.
