Shipping Rate & Timings
For Local Singapore orders
Thank you for your support! We are pleased to offer free local shipping on all orders above SGD50. For orders below SGD50, a fee of SGD4 will be charged.
For International orders
At checkout, you'll be presented with a selection of real-time shipping options from various courier partners, along with their estimated delivery times and rates.
The shipping rates shown are the actual rates provided by the respective couriers. We do not add any mark-ups or handling fees, so you pay only the cost of shipping.
For selected destinations where shipping costs are significantly higher, we subsidise part of the shipping cost to make Peek-a-Poof more affordable for families around the world.
For orders above SGD75, we offer the following flat-rate shipping:
- Australia – AUD15
- Europe – £10
- Hong Kong – SGD15
- United States/ Canada – USD10
If your destination is not listed above, you'll be able to choose from the available real-time shipping options at checkout.
Courier Selection
To ensure your order reaches you as quickly and reliably as possible, we may occasionally upgrade or change the courier selected during checkout if we identify a better shipping option while processing your order.
If we do so, there will never be any additional charges to you — we'll absorb any difference in shipping cost. Simply sit back, relax, and we'll take care of getting your Peek-a-Poof to you as efficiently as possible.
International Orders – Duties & Taxes
Please note that shipping fees paid during checkout do not include taxes and import duties.
Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. At the checkout page, an estimate of these fees are provided by the shipping vendor. Please view this only as an estimate. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.
If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.
Order Details & Handling
All orders will be shipped out within 1 - 4 business days. Please double check your shipping address and cart contents before ordering as we will not be able to make any amendments to it once orders have been placed. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect given address. Should your order be returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will help to re-post it to you at your expense.

All orders will be shipped out from Singapore.

Order Tracking
Upon successful checkout of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Peek-a-Poof with your order number and tracking link. Click on “View your order” for shipping and delivery details. Alternatively, if you have created an account at peekapoof.com, you can track your package by logging in.
Lost Parcels
In the unfortunate event of a lost parcel, kindly contact the carrier directly as the owner of the parcel. To find out which carrier you have chosen at checkout, you may refer back to the confirmation email and click on “View your order” for details. While we would love to help, we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost in transit.
